Justin Bieber is a 15-year old singer, who gained notoriety after posting videos of himself singing on YouTube in 2007. Bieber's YouTube clips accumulated a substantial amount of buzz, and because of his make-shift performances the young singer was signed to Island Records in 2008.3 In April 2009, singer Usher invited Bieber to preform at a lunchon in front of a number of music executives in Los Angeles. Usher announced that the 15-year-old is a priority for him at Def Jam Island, and called Bieber a "young phenomenon".4...!
